Three, with this.

Hello everyone,

This is Mr. M again. This is my third post, the first of it's kind in this blog. Hmmm, why don't I begin by updating all of you?

It's been great in university. The School of Medicine kicked it off with a transition camp in PD, which I'm very grateful for. It introduced me to a variety of people and the array of activities that I'll be doing in Medicine. It was tremendously fun.

My lectures for the first week aren't so packed. But it looks to be filled for the second week. Yesterday, I had a three hour break which I spent at Pyramid, hanging out with a group of new friends. Naturally, the ice broke when all the vulgar subjects came up. It reminded me of you guys. I really do miss all of you...

Moving on to a much more interesting topic...

When dreaming, the mind is theorised to enter a deep sleep, usually during periods of REM sleep (when your eyes move rapidly). One of my personal theories is that dreams, or rather, deep sleep, is a gateway for the mind to fully access it's abilities. All of us have, at least once, heard that humans hardly use a tenth, maybe a little more, of their maximum potential.

Knowing this, and the fact that the brain is a largely unexplored area, wouldn't it be plausible to think that the brain has far greater capabilities than rational thinking and memory storage? Personally, I think we have the ability to tell the future. I have a lot of 'deja vu' experiences, and everytime I have one, I remember that I've seen that exact scene in one of my dreams.

Whatever it is, we can only know after we discover more about the brain. But what do you think? Can humans see the future? Or are our lives just filled with boring coincidences?

Ciao. Mr. M.
